Festival Fee: $75

1 table and 2 chairs will be provided

If electricity is needed, a request may be made. Select basic electricity on the application. Fee is $10.

You may bring your own 10’ x 10’ tent or rent one from the Village. ($25)

Eligibility and criteria:

• Exhibits, vendors, and performers should further visitors’ understanding of a peoples’ way of living and not promulgate specific religious or nationalist ideology
• This can include paper informational materials, giveaways, small presentations/displays, etc.

Merchandise vendors are encouraged to make their displays as colorful and appealing as possible. Merchandise displays should highlight the ethnic theme of the festival. Vendors are also responsible for the cleanliness of their booth space area and security Non-profits with a mission statement reflecting the education and celebration of a specific culture that do not plan to sell any items, please contact our office directly at (630) 226-8417 or email ifest@bolingbrook.com
