Festival Fee: $100

1 table and 2 chairs will be provided. Electricity may be requested for a fee of $25 (select food vendor electricity on application) Food vendors may bring a generator to accommodate electric needs.

You may bring your own 10’ x 10’ tent or rent one from the Village. ($50)

The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited


Vendors must supply all equipment necessary for setup.


FOOD INSPECTIONS WIll BEGIN AT 10:00AM THE DAY OF THE FESTIVAL to ensure compliance with all applicable health and food safety requirements. Once all requirements are satisfied, a Temporary Food Permit will be issued and the vendor will be allowed to operate. The Temporary Food Permit must be posted and visible for the duration of the event. Spot checks will be conducted throughout the event to ensure compliance.

*ALL FOOD VENDORS SHOULD MAKE THEMSELVES AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENTS SET BY THE WILL COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.


Food vendors will have access for booth set-up as early as 7:00am on the day of the festival. All vendors must be ready for their health department inspection by 10:00am on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Vehicles are not permitted on site after 10:30am on Saturday, July 13. No exceptions! Driving on grass to setup is not permitted. Vendors are responsible for carrying their items into the event. Vendors are not permitted to dismantle their booth until after 8:00pm on the event date. Parking for vendors during operational hours will be in a designated lot.


Water will only be available at designated locations indicated on the site map. You will need to provide your own containers for transport.
