Rules and Regulations

Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Monday July 1, 2024. Decisions will be based on a completed application, entries that exemplify the traditional/ethnic arts, quality craftsmanship, ethnicity, and any previous festival participation.Any and all fees associated with participation must be paid no later than Wednesday July 3, 2024. Failure to submit the required fees by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of acceptance.


Assignment of all booth space is final.


The festival begins Saturday, July 13 at 12:00pm. Exhibitors should arrive and check-in at the information booth at least 90 minutes (10:30am) prior to the beginning of the festival. Vendors/Exhibitors are expected to stay until close of the festival (8:00pm).


Driving or parking on the grass to set-up is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting their items into the event.


Only items listed/approved may be displayed/sold at the festival.


Exhibitors are provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. There will be no additional tables/chairs available. (tents and electricity available for additional fee).


The iFest Bolingbrook Committee reserves the right to reject any exhibitor’s items which in the Committee’s opinion conflict with Village of Bolingbrook ordinances and/or are considered inappropriate for this event.


The Village of Bolingbrook assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items belonging to festival participants.


Any exhibitor who is in violation of any of these stated rules and regulations may be asked to leave the festival grounds.



Parking

Exhibitors are not allowed to drive or park vehicles on grass. Participants CAN use the road behind Town Center and the one-way path closer to festival grounds; however, it will act as an unloading/loading lane only. Vehicles may not be parked for extended periods of time. Access to that road will close and all vehicles must be cleared no later than 11:15am.


Free, onsite parking will be available and labeled for all participants. Parking passes will be issued to gain access to those designated spaces.



Weather

As is the case with all outdoor events, inclement weather may occur. Please prepare for the possibility of such weather with the appropriate protective measures for yourself and the items that you have on display.
