Village of Bolingbrook Organizations are Invited to Participate in This Year's Winter Walk

The Festival of Lights - Winter Walk Committee is currently looking for organizations, church groups, non-profits, and local clubs to assist us in decorating the grounds around the Town Center Pond. Each are will be approximately 20x20. Here is what is included:

• A holiday tree to decorate
• Holiday lights & other decorative items
• Signage for your organization at your space
• Opportunity to giveaway or sell items at special events
• Opportunity to sell concessions to raise funds for your organization

Displays will remain up until January so all items on the tree and in the display area will need to be anchored properly to withstand rain, snow, and wind. Decorating days will be November 27 & 28 from 9am – 3pm. Commissioners will be on the grounds to assist you if needed. If you need a weekday set up scheduled, please specify that on the form.  

Take down dates will be during the week of January 10th – 16th, 2022.  More information to follow.

Thank you for considering participating in a great event for Bolingbrook Residents and Visitors a special holiday treat! This family event is free to everyone to visit and will be located on the grounds behind Town Center at 375 W. Briarcliff Road. Residents and visitors will be allowed to view everyone’s displays as they stroll around the path.
